Our cheeses are made from wholesome milk from well-cared for cows. They are given much time outside grazing on pastures, enjoying sunlight, and exercising. They are never given any growth hormones or fed animal-byproducts. In that small valley in Wisconsin, farmers got together to make cheese the old-fashioned way: in open vats and small batches.
Our summer sausages are made in the Ozarks from select cuts of meat using a decades-old recipe. Secret spices, cooking and smoking come together to create this masterpiece of traditional sausage. You can use it as a snack, on pizza, in sandwiches or any way you can imagine.
