In a food processor, or large mixing bowl blend one 8oz. package of cream cheese with 1/4 cup powered sugar, 1/2 cup chives, and three tablespoons of Lost Acres Strawberry Sizzle Topper.
While the filler blend is resting, remove and separate the three packages of prosciutto and lay on a sheet of wax paper (do so gingerly as the prosciutto is very thin and will tear easily).
Spread a thin even layer of the filler on each prosciutto filet. Once each filet is covered, starting at the smaller end of the prosciutto gently roll the prosciutto up then lay completed roll onto a cookie sheet. Continue this process until all filets are rolled and on the cookie sheet. Cover cookie sheet and chill for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes remove the rolls and plate them; garnish with coarse peppercorns and a side dish of Lost Acres Strawberry Sizzle Topper for dipping then serve.
3- 3.5oz Packages Prosciutto
1- 8oz. Package Cream Cheese

Coarse crushed Black Peppercorns to Taste
